As a Children's Ministry we want to saturate children in the Word of God and prayer so they will cherish Jesus as the only One who can save and satisfy the heart. Our goal is to kindle spiritual desire as the children discover the greatness and worth of God, His incredible love for them, and His work through Christ.We seek to help children learn their identity in Christ and will seek to carry God's Kingdom to the world around them.
Ministry to young children is very much a ministry of spreading the fragrance of the knowledge of Jesus. Words, prayers, songs, and stories about Jesus fill our nursery. By praying for the babies , we seek to fill the very youngest in our care with the fragrance of Jesus.
Our baby nursery is located in our lower level. We offer nursery each Sunday, during both worship services and during the Sunday School hour.
Safety is very important in our nursery. We make every effort to staff our nursery with responsible,loving,informed adults. Please make sure you let the volunteer(s) know if you have any special needs or concerns for your baby.

We offer Kid's Church during both of our services each Sunday in the lower level room #106. The children will be instructed to go to Children's Church during the offering time.
KidsGap (ages 1st through 6th Grades)
KidsGap is held the 3rd Sunday of each month during second service.The goal of KidsGap is to teach children to be Kingdom intercessors.

Kingdom Kids (Age 2-6th Grade)

We offer classes year-round for children starting at 9:30 A. M. We have a bible memory time until 9:40 for grades K-6 and then small group classes until 10:20. Then the children come together for a large group time of singing and sharing until 10:35. We seek to make kingdom connections to help children reach their kingdom potential. Our teachers use the Children Desiring God Curriculum which teaches "the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of the next generation though Jesus Christ" Our teachers love children and the Lord and are dedicated to teaching God’s Word. Children and parents are welcome to visit our classrooms any Sunday.
Starting June 6 there will be special Sunday School classes offered for ages 2-6th Grade. K- 4th Grades will be starting with worship and then traveling in rotations using the PrayKids curriculum (see link below) Our 5th and 6th Graders will be having Prayer Camp with Mrs. Johnson. Summer Sunday School will run through July 18
A Children’s club which features solid Bible teaching and verse memorization, games, awards, prizes and lots of FUN!! Children ages kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to join the Sparks and Truth & Training groups! Our church partners with Community Bible and Cornerstone Bible to provide a community wide program. We meet on Wednesday nights from 6:45-8:15 P.M., starting September 8. 2010 Awana Truth in Training will meet at the Mountain Lake Christian School and Awana Sparks will meet at Cornerstone Bible Church and will run through April. Vacation Bible School
VBS was held during the week of June 7-11 with a special program for all on June 13, for children ages 4 through 6th grade. This year VBS ran from 6:00-8:30 pm.
"Saddle up for VBS 2010 where kids will be ridin' the range and roundin' up questions like: "What is God's plan for me?" and "How can I be like Jesus?" At the end of the day, they discovered that God's Word has all the answers." There was plenty of great songs, games and fun balanced with solid biblical teaching. Invite your friends to next year's event on June 6-10, 2011! Stay tuned for updates All children are welcome.

Located just 2-1/2 hours north of Minneapolis on Highway 65, or 80 miles west of Duluth. Their week long summer camps provide a fun, Christ-centered week for youth entering 2nd - 12th grades. They also have 4th of July and Labor Day family camps. Big Sandy offers swimming, canoeing, a giant waterslide, waterskiing, crafts, volleyball, basketball, foosball, ping pong, hay rides, and indoor rock climbing.
